Parker T6CR B12 3L** B3* A1 Vane Pump
The Parker T6CR is a high-performance vane pump. It is a rotary, positive displacement pump and offers high volumetric performance, excellent pressure capability and low differential pressure.
The Parker T6CR B12 3L** B3* A1 Vane Pump has been developed for installation and use in industrial, commercial and residential air conditioning systems. The T6CR is a centrifugal vane pump that handles refrigerants R-22, R-407c, R-410a, and R-507.
Feature:
1) This pump provides the benefits of using a bigger, more expensive and less reliable pump in a much more compact, cost-effective and dependable package.
2) Parker T6CR B12 3L** B3* A1 is a vaned pump with a high performance drive assembly.
3) The product has a long life, which means you don’t need to worry about repairs.
4) 12″ (305mm) diameter x 15-1/2″ long vane pump with b3* impeller rating and 12 inlet plenum.
Parker drive train vane pumps reduce installation costs and drive extended life due to their high pressure capability, up to 275 bar in a small operating envelope.
Markets:
• Industrial
• Mobile
Benefits:
• Optimized Energy Consumption : The mechanical & volumetric efficiency is consistently 94 %, reducing heat generation and allowing speeds down to 400 RPM at full pressure.
• Low Noise Level : The T6*R series has a wide speed range capability from 400 rpm to 3600 rpm, combined with large size cartridge displacements, driving the lowest noise level in the smallest envelope.
• Long Lifetime : The double lip vane concept increases the resistance to particle contamination. The low ripple pressure reduces piping noise and protects other components in the circuit.
• Manageable Installation : The port orientation allows customized installation and is ideal in restricted access conditions. In addition, utilising the same body for all displacements highly simplifies installation design.
Applications:
• Presses
• Injection machines
• Cranes
